On Tuesday morning we did the hill run for fitness, and might I say that just walking up the hill can be tiring. I managed to run about 10 or 12 times (lost count in all the soreness) up the hill, and it was difficult. It left me feeling slightly lightheaded and a bit nauseated, but that soon came to pass.
Today (Wednesday Feb 20) my body was aching, and rugby practice on Tueday did not help. Lukily we decided to do Yogo for p.e in the morning. Now, to my surprise, it was not the yoga I was thinking of. This was what I would call "strengh yoga" and was painful on the muscles. But after it was done, I felt a bit sore, but in a good way! Like my body was light and loose!
